Lauren is pursuing her doctorate in educational psychology from the University of Connecticut. As a doctoral student, Lauren’s research interests include neurodiverse communication, social-emotional development, and educator attitudes and beliefs in inclusive early childhood education settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder with double majors in psychology and speech, language, and hearing science.
Lauren completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Northeastern University. She has previously worked as an SLP interventionist in a variety of settings, ranging from public preschool to home-based services to an integrated occupational/speech therapy clinic
